Tonight on Far Cry 6, the second DLC of a planned trilogy of roguelite content will let you play as Pagan Min from Far Cry 4, the charismatic but unstable warlord. Pagan: Control will arrive for those who own the Season Pass which is included in the Gold and Ultimate Editions of the game.
Like the previous Far Cry 6 DLC, Vaas: Insanity, this one lets players dive deep into Pagan Min’s psyche as well as a look into the man’s past in an exciting roguelite gameplay style that blends the action and storytelling that is Far Cry series’ signature. Pagan will confront familiar faces to break free from a cycle of guilt and regrets.
The next piece of content to arrive for the season pass is Joseph: Collapse, which stars Joseph Seed from Far Cry 5. According to Ubisoft, that final piece of Season Pass content drops in March, assuming all things go according to plan in this era of pandemic-era game development.
For players without the Season Pass, a free crossover mission was applied to the game last December. Some of you may have understandably missed it in the shuffle of the holidays. In it, you fight alongside Danny Trejo (Machete himself from the Grindhouse and Spy Kids movies) and also collect ingredients to make his famous tacos in a series of missions that begins with “Dani & Danny vs. Everybody.”
The Season Pass for Far Cry 6 is $40 and as stated includes 3 pieces of DLC that let you play as the three iconic villains from the Far Cry series. The Season \Pass also includes arguably the best version of any Far Cry game, a remastered version of Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Far Cry 6 is available on the Microsoft Store for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
